Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a product from Modern Bounty, operated by VAST PROJECTS PTY LTD (ABN 32 659 676 178) of 56 Uplands Court, Tallai, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. They apply alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Who we sell to

Modern Bounty sells to customers internationally. The countries, currencies, and shipping options available to you are shown during checkout and may change over time as we grow.

Product information and pricing

We try to make sure product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding and you'll be free to cancel if you're not happy with the correction. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer by you to buy the product. A contract between you and us is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before then -- for example, if a product turns out to be unavailable, there was a pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout at the time you order. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves -- payment is handled by the payment method shown at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, costs, and estimated delivery times for your order are shown at checkout and vary by location. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.

Cancelling an order

You can ask us to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us via our Contact page or through your order history. We'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but this isn't guaranteed once your order is already being prepared or has shipped.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our returns process, including what to do if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, is set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee that applies to your purchase under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, regardless of where you are located.
