Last updated: 5 September 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of modernbounty.com.au (the "Site"), operated by VAST PROJECTS PTY LTD (ABN 32 659 676 178) of 56 Uplands Court, Tallai, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia, trading as "Modern Bounty" ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These terms cover using and browsing the Site. Buying a product from us is separately governed by our Terms of Sale, and how we handle your personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Who can use the Site
We welcome customers from anywhere in the world. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order -- generally, you need to be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
- scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content for a purpose other than your own personal shopping use; or
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by or licensed to VAST PROJECTS PTY LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away via our Contact page if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
No warranty beyond your legal rights
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties other than those which cannot be excluded by law -- including, importantly, the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees. See our Returns Policy for more on your rights when something you bought is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, regardless of where you access the Site from.
